How it works
You go up the tower, the team attaches a harness to your ankles and checks it twice, and you jump. The jump itself lasts a few seconds, and the part that takes time is the preparation at the top.
The equipment is checked before every jump and not just at the start of the day, and your weight is recorded in order to choose the right cord. This is not a formality — the length of the cord derives from it.
Who this suits
For anyone who wants one strong experience rather than an activity that lasts. There is nothing to learn here and nothing to practise; the whole difficulty is the decision to jump.
Anyone with back or neck problems, heart conditions or blood pressure issues, as well as pregnant women, is not suited. In case of doubt it is better to ask a doctor beforehand rather than the team on site.
When to go
The jump is filmed, and the light in the late afternoon gives the best result. At midday the light is harsh and the picture is flat.
Better not to eat a large meal in the hour before. The drop is fast and you feel it.
