1. General and use of the site

• The site serves as an information and booking platform for tourism services in Thailand.
• Using the site for unlawful purposes, harming the servers or using automated software (Bots/Crawlers) to mine information is prohibited.
• Booking services: Every booking is subject to the company's "Tourism Services Regulations", which appear separately on the site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, designs, code, images and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the company. Content from the site may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

3. Privacy policy

The company operates in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and Amendment No. 13 to the Law (2025). We are committed to full transparency about your personal information.

A. Information collected and ownership of the database

The owner of the database is the company Thailand Express (address: Maagalei Yavne 115, Jerusalem). The information is collected in the following ways:

• Information you provided: When you contact us on WhatsApp, fill in forms or make a booking (name, passport, phone, email and payment details).
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and statistical browsing data (using Cookies).

B. Purposes of using the information

The information is used for handling bookings with suppliers abroad, customer service, improving the site and sending marketing mail (subject to active consent only).
