Arrival and getting ready

Arrive about 30 minutes before the activity time. You'll be welcomed by our professional team, register, sign the required safety forms and receive an initial briefing.

Safety briefing and gear fitting

You'll undergo a comprehensive safety briefing and receive all the necessary gear: helmet, harness, cables and gloves. The team will explain all the procedures and make sure the gear fits perfectly.

Initial practice

Before starting the route itself, you'll try a short zipline at a low height to get used to the feeling and make sure you understand the correct and safe technique.

The zipline adventure

It's here! You'll move from station to station accompanied by professional instructors who will ensure your safety along the way. You'll experience a variety of stations: ziplines, rope bridges, climbing walls, "Tarzan swings" and more.

Ending and memories

At the end of the route you'll receive a bottle of water, you'll be able to view the photos and videos taken (if you booked a photo package), and on longer routes - also a souvenir shirt. What to know before you book

Do I need prior zipline experience?
No, no prior experience is needed. A professional team will accompany you throughout and provide full instruction before the route begins. Every route starts with comprehensive instruction and an initial try at a low height, so even those who have never tried a zipline can enjoy it with full safety.
Is it suitable for children?
The routes are suitable for children from age 8 and up. Children aged 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult. There is also a minimum weight limit of 25 kg and a maximum of 120 kg. For families with children we recommend starting with the short route (15 stations), which is the most beginner-friendly.
What happens in case of rain?
In light rain the activity continues as normal, since the safety equipment is designed for these conditions. In the event of a heavy rainstorm or a thunderstorm, the activity will be postponed to a later hour or another day, or a full refund or a voucher for another date will be offered, as you choose.
Can you take photos during the route?
You can bring a waterproof/extreme camera (like a GoPro) if you have one, but note that you'll need to secure it well. We recommend purchasing a professional photo package that includes high-quality video and photos. A professional photographer will accompany the route and capture the most exciting moments. The photo package price starts from700 THB.
Do I need to bring special equipment?
No special equipment is needed. It's recommended to wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes (not sandals or flip-flops). It's best to avoid overly loose clothing that could get caught. All safety gear (helmets, harnesses, gloves, etc.) will be provided on site. It's worth bringing a little cash for tips, photos or an extra drink.
Is the zipline suitable for people afraid of heights?
Ziplining can be an excellent way to gradually overcome a fear of heights. The short route starts at relatively low heights and moderate speeds. Our professional team is used to accompanying people with concerns and can support you and give you personal attention. Many visitors report that the experience helped them cope with their fear.
How long does each activity last?
The activity duration depends on the route you choose: the short route (15 stations) takes about an hour, the medium route (26 stations) about an hour and a half, the challenging route (32 stations) about two hours, and the full route (58 stations) about three hours. It's recommended to allow about another 30 minutes for getting ready and instruction before the route, and about 15 minutes at the end.
Can the zipline be combined with other attractions?
Absolutely! The Safari Park offers a wide range of attractions that can be combined with the zipline, such as elephant riding, ATVs, bungee jumping, and animal shows. We offer combined packages at attractive prices that include several attractions together. See the "Combined zipline packages" section on the website or contact us for personalized recommendations.
Are there transfer services to the safari park?
Yes, we offer round-trip transfer services from most areas of Pattaya. The transfer is free when booking packages over 2,000 THB. For guests booking individual routes, the transfer service is available for an extra fee of 150-300 THB per person (depending on the hotel's area). The transfers depart at fixed times coordinated in advance when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
The booking can be cancelled or changed at no cost up to 72 hours before the activity. Cancellations received less than 72 hours and up to 24 hours before the activity will be charged50% of the booking cost. A no-show without advance notice (No Show) will be charged the full amount. In extreme weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place, we will offer you a change of date or a full refund.
