Important information:
- The afternoon package (14:00–21:30) is for ages 20 and up only. The morning package (9:30–14:00) is open from age 4.
- The last ferry from the shore departs at 17:00. The ferries depart every 20 minutes, and the yacht is anchored about 800 meters from the shore.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to board For safety reasons, the visit is not recommended for senior citizens over the age of 70.
- The departure point changes according to the season: Patong Boat Pier in high season (16.12–20.04), and Royal Phuket Marina in low season (21.04–09.11).
- Dress code: elegant-casual. Management may refuse entry for sportswear, torn clothes, Crocs with socks or plastic bags.
- Every ticket and cabana includes a food and drink credit, which is deducted from the bill at the end of the visit. The credit is not refunded in cash.
- Cancellation: More than 72 hours in advance, 75% refund; less than 72 hours or no-show, no refund. Date change up to 72 hours in advance at no cost, subject to availability.
- Bringing outside food and drinks is not allowed, jumping from the yacht into the water is not allowed, and pets are not permitted.
- Open every day except Mondays, between 09:30 and 21:30.
