Accessibility statement
At Thailand Express we consider it important that every person can receive service and information equally and independently. We have invested effort to make the site accessible to people with disabilities, and we continue to improve it on an ongoing basis.
The site's level of accessibility
The site has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli standard SI 5568, based on the guidelines WCAG 2.0 at level AA, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013.
Adjustments made
- A correct semantic structure with hierarchical headings, so that navigating with a screen reader is clear.
- Full keyboard navigation, including clear focus marking and a "skip to main content" link.
- Alternative text for images that carry information.
- Explicit labels for every form field.
- Colour contrast that meets the standard's requirements.
- Support for enlarging text up to 160% Without loss of content or impaired function.
- Respect for the system preference to reduce animations.
- An accessibility toolbar that includes text resizing, high contrast, colour inversion, greyscale, link highlighting, a readable font, increased spacing and stopping animations.
Known limitations
Some of the content on the site is embedded from external sources (such as maps, videos and review components), and we do not fully control their level of accessibility. We are working to reduce reliance on such components. If you come across content that is not accessible, we will be glad if you let us know and we will deal with it.
