The Royal River Palace
An impressive amphitheatre hosting the main parade show. A lavish structure inspired by traditional Thai palaces, with a capacity of thousands of spectators and state-of-the-art light and sound systems.
The Kingdom of Lights
A magical area of the park that comes alive after sunset with millions of colourful LED bulbs, illuminated sculptures, glowing bridges and spectacular visual effects that create a paradise of colours and lights.
The fun fair
A complex of shops and stalls in the style of a traditional Thai market, offering unique souvenirs, artworks, jewellery and local products. The perfect place to buy original souvenirs!
Bird of Paradise restaurant
A lavish buffet restaurant offering a rich selection of high-quality Thai and international dishes. The restaurant is designed in the style of a tropical paradise with an especially magical atmosphere.

Opening hours
The park is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between 17:30-23:30. The main show starts at 20:30 and lasts about 50 minutes. It is recommended to arrive at least an hour before the show starts.
Location
Carnival Magic is about a 20-minute drive from the Patong area in Phuket. The exact address will be sent after booking. You can get there by taxi or book transfer services at extra cost.
Dinner
The buffet dinner is served at the lavish Bird of Paradise restaurant and includes a rich selection of Thai and international dishes. Meal times: 17:30-19:00 or 20:30-22:00 (according to the show time you chose).
Recommended clothing
It is recommended to wear comfortable, light clothes. The park is partly air-conditioned, but some of the attractions are in the open air, and in the evening hours it may be cool. It is recommended to bring a light sweater or a scarf.
Photography
Photography is allowed throughout the park, including during the shows. It is a great opportunity to capture spectacular pictures of the lights, the costumes and the shows. Professional photography services can also be purchased in the park.
Payments
Inside the park, credit cards, cash (Thai baht) and leading payment apps are accepted. It is recommended to bring cash for purchases at the small souvenir stalls and optional tips.
Please note:
- Because of the high demand, it is recommended to book tickets in advance, especially in the high season and at weekends.
- Bring your tickets in digital form on your mobile phone, or printed.
- On rainy days, all the shows take place as usual under covered structures.

What to know before you book
On which days is the park open?
Carnival Magic is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between 17:30-23:30. The park may also be open on other days for special events or in the high season, so it is worth checking availability for the day you want.
What is the difference between a regular ticket and a VIP ticket?
A regular ticket includes entry to all areas of the park and watching the main show. An upgrade to a Royal (VIP) seat gives seating in a preferred area of the amphitheatre, with an optimal view of the show and more comfortable, central seating.
Is the dinner also suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, the buffet dinner includes a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. You will find vegetable dishes, rice, noodles, salads and special vegetarian dishes. If you have special dietary requirements, please mention it when booking.
Is the park suitable for small children?
Carnival Magic is suitable for families with children of all ages. There are dedicated attractions for children, such as a petting zoo, interactive games and adapted activity areas. The shows are colourful and captivating and fascinate the young ones too.
What do the transfer services include?
The transfer services include pick-up from your hotel in Phuket and return to it after the visit to the park. Pick-up is about 2-3 hours before the main show starts, and the return is right after the park's activity ends. The vehicles are air-conditioned and comfortable. Note that under Thai law, every passenger must sit in a separate seat.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please note: the booking is final and it is not possible to cancel or obtain a refund after the booking has been confirmed and the ticket issued. In the event of extreme weather that causes the management to close the park, we will deal with the park to find an alternative.
