The tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people suffering from back or neck problems, or people who have had surgery in the last six months. Basic swimming ability is required for some of the attractions.

What to know before you book
Is the tour suitable for families with children?
Yes, the tour is very suitable for families with children of all ages. There are attractions especially adapted for children, like the water slide, clear kayak and SUP. For younger children (up to age 7) there are also discounted prices. Children up to age 3 join for free but do not take part in the extreme attractions. Our staff maintains maximum safety and will adjust the activity level to the children's age.
Is prior experience needed for snorkeling or jet skiing?
No prior experience is required! Our professional staff will give a short briefing before each activity. For snorkeling, we provide flotation belts for those who aren't experienced swimmers, and for jet skis you'll receive a full explanation of use and safety. You just need basic swimming ability and to feel comfortable in the water. Regarding jet skis, a regular driving license (doesn't have to be a marine one) is needed for anyone who wants to drive it themselves.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The travellers' safety is our top priority. In stormy weather, heavy rain or rough sea conditions, the trip may be postponed to another day or you will receive a full refund. In light rain, the trip will usually go ahead as planned (after all, you will already be wet!). We make daily decisions about whether the trip goes ahead according to the weather forecast and safety.
What food options are there at lunch?
Lunch is served at a local beach restaurant and includes a variety of options. The menu includes classic Thai dishes like Pad Thai, rice dishes, curry, soups, salads and fresh fish. There are also Western options like burgers, fries and sandwiches for those who prefer them. Children have a special menu. If you have special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, sensitivities or allergies), please let us know in advance…
Can the tour be taken from Bangkok?
It's definitely possible! We offer the option to also depart on the tour from Bangkok for an additional 700 THB per person (round-trip transfer). Pickup from Bangkok will take place earlier, around 06:00 in the morning, and you'll arrive back in Bangkok around 19:00-20:00 in the evening. It's an excellent option for those staying in Bangkok who want to experience Thailand's islands on a day tour, without needing to stay overnight in Pattaya.
